Bo Zhao £¨ÕÔ²©£©

Dr. Bo Zhao received Ph.D. degree in Electronics Engineering Department of Tsinghua University, Beijing, China in 2011. He worked as a post-doc during the year 2011-2013. He worked as a Research Fellow in National University of Singapore during 2013-2014. Since 2015, he becomes an Assistant Project Scientist in Berkeley Wireless Research Center (BWRC), University of California, Berkeley, CA, USA. His current research focus on Miniature Radio, Wireless Power Transfer, and Wearable Devices. Dr Zhao now serves as the Technical Commitee member of Biomedical and Life Science Circuits and Systems of the IEEE CAS society. He worked as the Publication Chair of 2016 IEEE Biomedical Circuits and Systems Conference (BioCAS2016), Section Chair of 2015 IEEE International Symposium on Circuits and Systems (ISCAS2015), and Section Chair of 2016 IEEE International Symposium on Circuits and Systems (ISCAS2016). He is the recipient of the 2013 International Low Power Design Contest Award. On CMOS RF and Mixed-Signal designs, Dr Zhao has experienced more than 10 years' tape-out on 350nm, 180nm, 130nm, and 65nm CMOS technologies. He has been in charge of/involved in more than 10 research projects in China, Singapore, and US. He has published more than 30 papers and book chapters, and granted by 10 China patents.

(2013-7-16)Bo Zhao, Wei Zou and etc. won the 13rd International Low Power Design Contest Award of ISLPED2013 by the transceiver SoC design on wireless body area networks.
